When they first came out, I bought like six packages, but I never cooked them because the smell when I opened the first one turned my stomach and I just couldn't make it happen! Dump the liquid in the package in the sink, parboil them, drain and rinse them. The taste and yummy healthy goodness totally outweighs the weird smell.
