Eat Your Veggies

I’ve lost four pounds since I came home from Greece.  Of course, I gained six there so…  All the same, I am feeling better and better about how I am treating me.  I have been using SparkPeople, which I am really loving.  Basically, it’s just a free website where you can go and log in.  You can keep track of what foods you eat, what exercises you do, and everything else.  You can join teams and chat with people.  It’s a really nice sense of community.
