Three new reviews on Vosges chocolate bars…

  1. Barcelona41% cacao: Hickory smoked almonds + grey sea salt + deep milk chocolate — very good, perfect for a chocolate covered pretzel craving.  8 out of 10.
  2. Black Pearl55% cacao: Ginger + wasabi + black sesame seeds + dark chocolate — I thought I would hate this one but it was oddly pretty good!  Very mild on the ginger/wasabi.  6.5 out of 10.
  3. Gianduja41% cacao: Almonds + caramelized hazelnut paste + deep milk chocolate — absolutely awesome, maybe even better than the Red Fire.  Smooth and rich, great texture, very sweet.  9 out of 10.
