One Nanaweight (Standardized)

3 Jun

Sometimes, I love my husband even more than usual.

Last night we were laying in bed and trying to fall asleep. To get comfortable, Aaron shifted the dog over a bit and made some comment about a Nanaweight. Nana is what Savannah’s name frequently gets shortened to.

I ended up laughing super hard for ten minutes or so as Aaron went on to say that a Nanaweight (the weight of the dog) should become a standard unit of measure like a ton or a pound, and that one day you could be taking a tour of the US National Institute of Standards and Technology and see it… right next to the atomic scale, there would be a bronze Savannah complete with a placard:
One Nanaweight (Standardized)

One Nanaweight (Standardized)

And again, I fell in love with him.

It’s his teeth that make me laugh. He kind of looks like a gremlin (before it gets wet).
